The villa is privately owned by ourselves, Chris and Linda Kennedy. We live and work in the UK, but visit Cape Coral several times a year for vacation and to manage our two properties.

We have been regular visitors to Florida since the early 1990's and therefore it made sense to buy a villa in the area. We chose Cape Coral because of the upscale quiet residential area and the surrounding beaches and facilities on the South West Gulf Coast.

I have been employed in the Commercial Department by British Airways for over 17 years, and my wife is the manager responsible for the provision of school meals in a county in the South of England. We have one daughter aged 13.

We offer rentals direct from ourselves through advertising on our own site here and through other rental websites in Florida. By offering the villa for rent ourselves we can avoid commission costs from using management agents and therefore keep rental costs to a minimum.

We do however have a rental agent who provides some rentals and of course manages the villa providing the usual services to our customers such as check in and check out. We always have good feedback about the quality of service that our agent gives to customers.

You may notice that we provide a Florida telephone number to contact us. We have added this service because most of our bookings are made from people in the United States or Canada. This phone number will come through to ourselves in the UK, but you will be charged the normal rate in the US, and not international rates.
