There is an elevator to this 2nd floor apartment.
The kitchen is completely equipped with appliances including
four plate electric hob with built in oven and grill, large upright fridge freezer with ice maker and drinks dispenser, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, and blender with a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and plasticware for the pool
area. Breakfast and informal meals and snacks can be taken sitting at the granite breakfast bar or out on the balcony
overlooking the pool and cabana.

A large dining table and chairs will comfortably seat four people in style for that special occasion.
Whilst if you just want to relax and watch TV, the living area has a large sofa and two comfy chairs a 32" TV with
DVD, Video, and Cable. Several pre-recorded DVDs are available free of charge.

Both bedrooms tastefully furnished with modern contempory furniture and accessories, including
clock radio and hairdriers. The Master bedroom has a dressers and plenty of walk in closet space leading onto a large
ensuite bathroom with extra large shower area. The 2nd bedroom has dressor and closet space and is next to the master
bathroom with Tub and shower. Both have flat screen LCD TVs. Both beds are dressed with luxurious Egyptian Linens, whilst
blankets, pillows, bath and pool towels are all provided.
Washer and dryer included in this room for your convenience.
Single car garage to keep your car cool and out of the Florida heat. Plenty of extra parking available
for visitors and other guests.
Large sparkling pool with large patio area for everyone to relax and get some sun. Cabana with toilets/changing
area and bar area. BBQ for your cook outs.
